One of the most popular Dussehra recipes \u2013 the Badam kheer. It is easy to cook and requires minimal number of ingredients. Let\u2019s get cooking:<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • \u00bd Cup of Almond<\/li>\n
  • 3 tablespoons of Sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups of Milk<\/li>\n
  • 5 pcs of Crushed Cardamoms<\/li>\n
  • Pinch of Kesar or Saffron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How to Cook Badam Kheer<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Cook the almond. Boil it for about 2 minutes.<\/li>\n
    2. Peel the almonds and grind. Make a fine paste out of it.<\/li>\n
    3. Put the milk to boil. Stir in the almond paste as the milk starts to boil and cook for about 5 minutes in low heat. Add some sugar<\/li>\n
    4. Turn off the heat and add the saffron and cardamoms<\/li>\n
    5. Let it cool.<\/li>\n
